Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases of "The AI Creator System" and its prompt packs and add-ons (the "Product") from Alanas Kalinauskas, an individual trading as "aicontent.beauty" and "The AI Creator System" ("we", "us", "our").

1. Digital Product - Instant Delivery

The Product is a digital good delivered immediately upon purchase. Because you receive full access instantly, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all sales are final and non-refundable except under the limited, conditional guarantee described below.

2. Consent to Immediate Access - Waiver of Withdrawal

By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and expressly acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose and waive any statutory right of cancellation or "cooling-off"/withdrawal period (including, where applicable, any 14-day withdrawal right) that would otherwise apply to distance sales of digital content, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. The 7-Day Guarantee (Conditional)

As a goodwill guarantee, we will consider a refund of the price of the item you are asking about - the course itself, or any add-on purchased alongside it - if all of the following conditions are met:

• You submit your request by email within 7 days of the charge for that item. Each item is judged from its own purchase date, so an add-on bought later has its own 7 days;
• The request comes from the same email address used at checkout and includes your order details;
• You have actually worked through the core material and can demonstrate a genuine, good-faith effort to apply it (for example, the steps you followed and the results you obtained);
• You have not violated the Terms, shared, copied, redistributed, or attempted to redistribute the Product;
• You have not previously received a refund from us and are not requesting more than one refund per person or household.

The guarantee is a limited satisfaction guarantee, not an unconditional or "no-questions-asked" right, and it does not cover mere change of mind after you have consumed a substantial portion of the material. We assess each request in good faith and reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions or that we reasonably believe to be abusive or fraudulent.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are non-refundable in all cases, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Any purchase where the account, license, or files have been shared, resold, or redistributed;
• Requests made after the 7-day window;
• Purchases affected by fraud, abuse, or breach of the Terms;
• Third-party costs (for example, AI tools, subscriptions, or platform fees), which we never charge and never refund.

5. How to Request

Email hello@aicontent.beauty from your purchase email address with the subject "Refund Request", your order details, and the information described in Section 3. We may ask follow-up questions before making a decision.

6. Processing and Effect

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval. Upon refund, your license terminates immediately and you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product; we may revoke your access.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first requesting a refund under this policy is a breach of the Terms and will result in immediate, permanent revocation of access; we may contest the dispute with our records of your acceptance and delivery.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply and cannot lawfully be excluded, they prevail over any conflicting term above, but only to the minimum extent required by law.
